Intro to UU & PUC
Membership conducts this orientation class for visitors every 3rd Sunday of the month after Service in Shuder Library. An overview of Unitarian Universalism and our specific faith community is provided. It is a great time to ask your questions. Registration is not required, but is appreciated. Childcare is available with notice to the Membership Director. Every 4th Sunday on the month (except instead on 1/29/2012), 9:00-10:15 a.m. a Reflection Group will be held to discuss one chapter (in order) of 12 Months to a Compassionate Community - A reflection on The 12 Steps to a Compassionate Life in Shuder Library. To learn more and participate:

The Buddhist Path to Recovery: Part I
Rev. John will be giving a series of lectures after worship services entitled "The Buddhist Path to Recovery: Part I" This series will explain the basic teachings of the Buddha and explore how those teachings can move us towards greater awareness and healing. This class is open to all and there will be time for questions and discussion. Lunch and Child care provided. 12:15pm-1:30pm Sept. 9, Oct. 7, Nov. 4, Dec. 2. Open to all.NEW UU
Three-week orientation class will be postponed one week begininng April 11, 10:30-12 noon (4/11, 4/18, and 5/12). Child care provided with advance notice. This is a MUST for people new to the congregation! At the end of the class we will recognize our newest members during the worship service and they will be invited to continue to meet as a group. In other words, this is a great way to learn about what we believe and then be a part of a small group ministry right away. Rev. Morehouse will be leading most of the sessions.Theological Academy
